HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Most personalized and engraved items, please allow 5- 7 business days for processing and up to 1 week for standard delivery.

Personalized items take time to customize and process based on your order. All of our personalized products are manufactured to your exact specifications with a careful and thorough process that sometimes takes a little extra time.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Generally, items ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via first class mail, or Priority mail.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. This email will provide you with the date your order was shipped.

HOW WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

The majority of our products are shipped via USPS may take 4 to 9 business days to arrive. from manufacturing completion date and

 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sam + Zoey. If you're not 100% happy with a qualifying item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.

 

  • Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customization on demand business, personalized items cannot be returned because they cannot be resold. Therefore, we are unable to refund or credit personalized orders.
  • Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, or are classified as un-sellable.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

After you have placed your order, your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions. Please note: personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective.

Sam + Zoey reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock issues, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing, coupon code or discounts, and failed credit authorizations.
